The price of  the breakdown is agreed on the first call for the tyre breakdown.

Which is payable through a link sent via email or text, or card payment on the roadside with the technician or driver.

A receipt is sent via email or text. 

 

​​All tyres supplied are new and have a one years manufactures warranty. 

 

We have a 48hr call back for tyre deficiency ( anything wrong with a new tyre would deflate within this time periode) or a 14 day period where the technician returns if there is any issues with tyres. 

We will come & investigate and if the tyre we have provided is faulty we will replace at no charge to the customer.

If you no longer require the tyre fitted for any reason, there is a 50% handling fee, returns are within the first 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the tyre is in good condition with no damage we can do a 50% refund. 

 

On a return to a vehicle that which has occurred another punture or any other cause, ie: Valve Kerbed or Pothole damage we will require another call out of £80 & the price of a new tyre if required.

When a customer has an issue with a tyre they must call us back, if the customer goes to a third party then calls us the contract is void.

Call Out Charges are none refundable.
